Our Maintenance Plan

Settle Heating and Air will provide the following Seasonal Preventative Maintenance services biannually $190.00 per year:

Cooling check:
• Voltage and amp draw on compressors and motors
• Evaporator coils cleaned
• Contactor and motor starters
• Blower wheel & motor
• Lubricate motors and bearings
• Flush condensate drains and clear pans
• Safety operating devices
• Fan blades and condenser motors
• Electrical wiring
• Clean condenser coils
• Replace filters
• Check blower belts and replace as needed

Heating check:
• Contactors and motor starters
• Exhaust fans
• Blower wheels and motors
• Voltage and amp draw on compressors and motors
• Refrigerant pressures
• Electrical wiring
• Defrost mode and controls
• Flush condensate drains and clear drain pans
• Fan blades and condenser motors
• Thermostat operation
• Replace filters
